Giclee reproduction of a watercolor painting of a Door County landmark.
Original art works reproduced into an exquisite high-quality Giclee (zhee-clay) print. A process that maintains all of the same look and feel of the original. Giclees are created by utilizing high resolution digital images with large format inkjet technology and printed using archival ink and media. You will be able to enjoy your prints for generations to come.
Archival Matte - A smooth, neutral-white, matte paper for high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, and open-edition decor. The paper supports accurate color reproduction and high-contrast, high-resolution output, and is acid-free for a longer print life with pigment inks. It features a heavy weight (230 gsm), thick base (9.5 mil), and an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.
Somerset Velvet Watercolor - the first paper choice among serious artists and printmakers. Ever since the 1700s and the days of handmade paper, Somerset has enjoyed a reputation for quality that has continued to grow through the years. Now Epson brings you this old world paper, with an ink jet coating, to meet the quality requirements of the most demanding printmaker. Somerset Velvet for Epson is a 100% cotton, acid-free paper that delivers long-lasting prints. Velvet surface for rich details and accurate reproduction.
Sunset Hot Press Rag - A natural-white art paper with a textured print surface that can add a more painterly look to photographic prints and art reproductions. It can add surface dimension and visual interest to paintings and images that consist mainly of bold, loose strokes instead of intricate details.
Sunset Textured Fine Art - A natural-white art paper with a textured print surface that can add a more painterly look to photographic prints and art reproductions. It can add surface dimension and visual interest to paintings and images that consist mainly of bold, loose strokes instead of intricate details. Heavy weight (310g) and thickness (19-mil) provide luxurious feel of traditional artists' papers. Ideal for fine-art reproductions, especially paintings with a loose, expressive style. Natural-white, matte finish with a textured watercolor finish.
Sunset Photo eSatin - A premium-quality, resin-coated inkjet photo paper that professional photographers rave about. They like it because the prints they deliver to their customers feel noticeably thicker, heavier, and more durable than mass-market inkjet photo papers; the latest generation is even thicker than before at 11.5 mil. The slightly textured, satin (or luster) surface is like the E-surface papers that were popular in darkroom printing. The print surface doesn’t show fingerprints or reflect glare like glossy papers. This paper’s excellent ink retention properties produce an exceptionally large color gamut for bright, realistically saturated colors and accurate skin tones. Plus, the latest version has an even wider color gamut and an improved white point for greater contrast. 11.5 mil, 300 gram photo paper.
Sunset Photo Metallic - This paper enables you to create stunning prints that previously could be output only in a darkroom. The metallic, high-gloss surface on this 10-mil, 255g photo paper results in prints that are sharp, vibrant, and exceptionally rich-looking. This paper provides the perfect way to make portraits, commercial display prints, and competition prints that stand out from the others.
Sunset Select Canvas - The bright-white, matte-coated surface of this poly/cotton blend canvas provides the wide color gamut and color-consistency needed to fulfill a wide range of art-reproduction and photo printing requirements while facilitating stretching and other forms of finishing and display. The relatively smooth Oxford 2 over 1 weave is ideal for photo and art reproduction. Acid-free, pH-neutral coating and high white point for consistent, accurate colors. Water-resistant poly/cotton blend for greater durability and ease in stretching.
Gator board: This kraft colored natural brown surface and white core gator board is stronger than foamcore, but about the same weight. Gatorfoam has a very ridgid coating which is resistant to moisture, unlike foamcore board which is foam covered with lightweight card. Gatorfoam is not an acid free material, so you should check before using it for items which will be displayed in museums or other permanent archives. Gatorfoam is an extruded polystyrene foam mounting board encased between layers of a melamine and wood fibre veneer. Gatorfoam/Gatorboard has a harder outer surface than other foam core boards and resists warping.
.75" canvas stretcher bars - The depth of the canvas print. If planning to frame the canvas you would choose this for finishing or unstretched mounted to gator board.
1.5" canvas stretcher bars - The deeper of the canvas prints. Best for nonframing. Choose to wrap the edges with a color, the image or do a mirror wrap.
